Terms of Service
Article 1 (Scope)
These terms set out the conditions for using "Jibunshi by Fuuneko" (the "Service"), provided by 株式会社mimu ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Article 2 (Your data)
The timeline content you enter is stored only within your browser and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We therefore cannot view or restore it. If your content is lost because browser data was cleared, you changed device, or storage was restricted, we cannot recover it. Please keep your own backup using the export function.
Article 3 (License)
Paid features are unlocked by a one-time license key. The key is for your own use; transferring, lending or publishing it is prohibited. If a key is published, we may invalidate it.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
You may not use the Service in violation of law or public order, interfere with its operation, or copy, modify and redistribute it.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the Service. Japanese era names and ages are shown for reference and cannot be used as official proof. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except where we have acted with intent or gross negligence.
Article 6 (Changes and suspension)
We may change the Service or stop providing it without prior notice.
Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
